South AfricaFranco is very helpful with advice. Staff are friendly and will try to help, even though not everyone speaks English. A little Google Translate went a long way. Quick laundry service. Close proximity to some great food, especially Alveoli Bakery nearby. Quiet units that are very large. Great shower. All the amenities and utensils you will need for a trip to Puerto Natales, which you are probably using as a base for activities around Torres del Paine.
