The location was fantastic, on the river bank in a scenic area. Walkable to the centre but many trams and buses also. Very close to the athmospheric old quarter with it's shops and great bars

Everything about Santiago Apartments Bilbao was great. It's conveniently located and the rooms are spacious and comfortable (we were even fortunate enough to be upgraded to a bigger room when we arrived). The staff are also extremely friendly, and the check-in and check-out times are more generous than many other places.

From the reception to every part of the room everything was amazing. Exceptionally designed with care for each detail 😍 The room was exceptionally quiet (despite of the boulevard), the matrace and pillows were soooo cozy for a great sleep 😴
