We travel regularly in Spring and autumn for a fortnight to Spain with our two Newfoundlands and stay over night in this premium golf hotel. I've stayed at this hotel for 1 night due to the fact that I've travelled with the 1st TGV to Paris the next morning. The reception gave me short instructions at my arrival and a recommendation for dinner at the restaurant close to the hotel. (I've tried it as as I've also heared from another person that this restaurant is very good ...and that was also the case.) My room was clean, had much space and a very clean and propper bathroom. Can absolutely recommand this hotel as is it so close to the central station and this was the most important thing for me. You can walk within 15-20 minutes to visit the old part of Perpignan during the day (can warmly recommand).
