Rooms with all the equipment needed, plates, cups, pans, toaster, kettle, small kitchenette. Room is on the small size but very comfortable for a family with up to two kids. Has a small balcony where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning if you can put up with the heat:). You have laundry facilities if you don’t choose the hotel service and the price is reasonable. Very close to the beach with access to shops and restaurants close by.

Very friendly people. The staff always with smile and willing to help. They helped us with our luggage. The lady at the reception Lydia was always with a smile and willing to help with all our requests. It is a small boutique hotel with people with warm feelings. Definitely is a must hotel if you are looking for quality and tranquility. Moreover the Owner helped us with a booking that we needed. The breakfast is nice and with good variety. The dinner is amazing. The Food, the scenery, the service is 10/10 !!!

Everything was great: both the location (just 5 minutes walk to the entrance of old town) and the room (definitely great price in comparison with other hotels nearby). Most importantly, the guy at reception was extremely friendly and helpful - we were really grateful for his kind help during our stay! I'd recommend to everyone who wants to visit Eze.

Entirely renovated in December 2022 Our Residence is located in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, this residence features a garden where guests can relax with a book under the palm trees.
