The price was very affordable and the staff were pleasant, the best part is the location, this is an excellent base as your 30-45mins from mountains, gorges, lakes, perched villages, towns and the beach! I can't believe that people would leave a bad review because it was raining during their stay, how petty! the accommodation isn't responsible for the weather!

Seriously one of my favourite boutique hotels I have stayed at !!! The location, team, rooms and facilities were of very high standard. The eye to detail in the design, upkeep and cleanliness was perfect. Stayed for 5 nights and used it as a great base to visit the surrounding region and obviously to walk the beautiful old town. #willbeback

Really great value for money. One of the best overnight stops we've had as a family of four. Really comfortable and clean rooms. Surprisingly really quite despite being near the road. Would happily stay there again.

Top apart. Top service. Free secure car park. The entrance itself is secure too. Very close to the beaches and lots of amenities nearby. Wish we had stayed longer.

-they charged two times our credit card with the price of the apartment and it took them 1 month to pay it back (600€) -when we arrived we got a 1 bedroom apartment instead of 2 bedrooms, they changed then the apartment, but we lost time and sweat with this action - there was a problem with the heating in this building, the apartment was too warm and the second day we saw that they had turned the heating on, unbelievable! -the beds were not good, not long enough and not comfortable

O'Sullivans by the beach bar and hotel is located in Mandelieu La Napoule and offers self-catering accommodation. The hotel is located above the bar which is open until 2am. Free WiFi is available.
