Location of the Chateau is amazing, the territory around is looked after very well. Would recommend to take breakfasts there - definitely worth it. The apartment is contained within a large, modern ‘assisted living’ complex, rather like a long-term, up-market hotel for senior citizens. There is free, secure parking in an underground car park and a lift takes you to reception and then the upper floors. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped and the bed is huge, being formed from two singles pushed together. Overall, the bed was very comfortable. Although the apartment is located in the ‘commercial’ area, it is a short walk over the river to the old medieval centre and the cathedral.

An amazing place to stay overnight on our way back home to the UK from france. Really great facilities, lovely pool, beautifully appointed 'flat' - generally excellent.
