Staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband is disabled and one of the lifts was temporarily out of use so we were moved to a room nearer the working lift. If was also very hot weather while we were there and we were given a fan for our room which was a lifesaver for us! 😊

The aparthotel is very clean, quiet, very well located in the center of Toulouse, modern and well maintained. We had 3 people in the room, which has two rooms and a small kitchenette, which we used for breakfast. Very nice hotel in Toulouse, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was large, the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The staff was very kind and very helpfull. The hotel is situated in a very convenient place in Toulouse, 20 minutes drive from the airport, 20-25 minutes walk, or 5-10 minutes drive, from the city centre and very near a Metro station. The breakfast in the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced. If you decide to go out for breakfast, just outside the hotell there is a beautifull boulangerie where you can buy fresh croissants, sweets, or sandwiches for breakfast, which is also very cheap. On my second stay the room had a small balcony with two chairs and a table and a very nice street view. The hotel underground parking was extremely convenient as you could take the elevator directly to the rooms.
