From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and they took the time to explain all the available services, like the terrace and free coffee machines. Although I didn't have time to use them due to my short stay, I appreciated the information. They even kindly accommodated my request for a higher floor, which was a nice touch. The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. I felt at home instantly. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with a sweet letter and a lovely bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful gesture as I checked in on Valentine’s Day. I loved the area and enjoyed the stunning views from my window. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including appliances that were spotless and well-maintained. There were also helpful instructions on the TV for each appliance and a guide to local services, including restaurants and activities. I especially appreciated the abundance of plugs in the room, including direct connections for USB and Type-C, making it easy to charge all my devices. Special thanks to Kate for assisting me with adjusting the window blinds, and to the staff who offered support and advice after my concert was canceled. Excellent service all around!

Ideal hotel in London. Stratford has perfect connections to Heathrow (Elizabeth line), city center, Docklands and Greenwich, rail and bus. Olympic park and venues in 5-minute walk. Morning runs in Olympic park, Victoria park, by the canals. Westfield mall for shopping, eating. The hotel is new, well maintained, comfortable. Rooms are spacious, clean, light. Small kitchen is a nice addition. Staff is kind and attentive. Breakfast is tasty, well-assorted. Altogether, an optimal value and we would choose again.

Location was TOP 🤍 3 min walk from DRL station that take you to London city in 9 min. the train pass VERY often. and from there you can go everywhere. Tesco store at 3 min walk too. close to pizzeria and the street food market. Pool gym and sauna area ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the restaurant and terraza was just breath taking view. between all those buildings at night. the room was just perfect. you get all you need for your stay beds are super comfortable 🤤😴. very safe and quiet area the with the best view 😍 the hotel In general is 10/10 of all the hotels I’ve stayed in London this one has been my fav so far. so I look forward coming back ✨

The hotel exceeded all my expectations and the only thing that disappointed me was not being able to have my offer of a tip accepted as it went against company policy. The staff were amazing with us and the simplicity but attention to very small details with what the hotel had really impressed me a lot. The 1 bedroom apartment was exceptional for our family of 3. The kitchen had unexpected treats: coffee, tea, nespresso, bread loaf with honey, marmalade and strawberry; refrigerator with OJ small milk and butter. The daily housekeeping was an unexpected bonus. The location could not have been better! Quiet at night and very safe. Proximity to many places was superb: with Harrods a half block away, three wonderful museums just over a half mile and the massive Hyde Park only blocks away. Ana, the Operations Asst Manager greeted us at their reception desk and we were fortunate to access our apartment at our early arrival.
