We absolutely loved the vibrant atmosphere of the apartment and its excellent location. The space is quite spacious, even for three people. Beautiful room with stunning views. We also appreciate the location as it´s a bit away from the madness of New Gudauri. I would stay again. The staff was very helpful, ski rentals can be found in the same building, there is also delicious coffee in the restaurant.

the room is nice and has a fascinating view. we watched the rise of the sunset, and the Kasbek mountain was starting right at us. The shower is great: hot water starts immediately in contrast to Tbilisi 😄 the house in general is cozy and clean. the host is immensely hospitable.

We had a fantastic experience with my family. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Ski lifts are within walking distance, and a delicious restaurant, ski rentals, and the ski depot are also in the same building. The apartment is large, and every room has a TV. There are two fully equipped kitchens, and the beds are very comfy. We will go again, and I plan to go with my family this weekend, in fact. Thank you for such hospitality.
