Foinkounta View was so lovely we decided to stay an additional night. It is up the hill from the town, but easy to find using the Google map provided after booking. We did arrive when it was still light out so that helped too. The town is around 10 minutes away and has a nice beach and lots of choices for going out. The hosts were very gracious and provided a very nice, included breakfast which included Bougatsa and Saganaki as well as delicious yogurt and other items. Our room had pool, garden and sea views, was roomy and modern.

Located 180 metres from the famous Foinikounta Beach in Messinia, the white-washed Viva Mare features a swimming pool.

This property was newly renovated so in mint condition. Elegantly appointed and having laundry facilities is a bonus. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Location excellent. So close to best part of Kalamata beach. Great association with beachside restaurant and bar Anasha. It’s all you need to have a fabulous holiday in Kalamata! The location is wonderful and quiet, surrounded by nature and great view of the sea. Yiorgos is the best and will do everything to keep you comfortable, I felt like home. Friendliest staff you'll ever see. Crossing the street leads you to the beach. The rooms are enormous and comfortable, breakfast is served next to the pool or in the room on demand. One night we stayed up late at the beach bar, the staff waited for us instead of giving us last call. Above and beyond
