10/10 vacation. The accomodation is gorgeously located in a bay between two villages. The quiet, sandy beach is only a couple of minutes away, with crystal clear and shallow waters. There are barely any tourists, only some locals. Hidden gem, really! The view from both the patio as well as the community/pool area is picturesque! Nothing is blocking the view to the beautiful sea. The concept of the community area with self-service is really unique and lovely and you can get small snacks and refreshing drinks for reasonable prices. Last but not least, the lovely host Litsa is very open to help you with any questions and favors and has great recommendations of restaurants/taverns in the area and beyond!

Situated in Kalyves, a few steps from Kalives Beach, Akti Galinis has a terrace, parking on-site and rooms with free WiFi access.

The suite we stayed in was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities. The bed mattress was so comfortable! High-speed Wi-Fi and free parking were a plus. The pool was amazing and clean. The pool area was beautiful with plenty of loungers and umbrellas, providing a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The cleanliness of the entire property was outstanding. Just a short drive from the heart of Chania, it was an ideal choice for us for our quick trip. The nearby beaches and local attractions were easily accessible, making it a great base for exploring Chania during our short stay.
