We stayed in these apartments and were very pleased! The owner were welcoming and always available, quickly responding to all our questions. The location is simply perfect — just a few minutes by car to the sea, with a clean and well-maintained beach. The apartment is cozy, bright, and exactly as described. Everything inside was clean, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a kitchen with all appliances and utensils. We especially loved the balcony with a sea view — it was a lovely place to spend the evening's. Check-in went smoothly. This is a great place for a peaceful seaside vacation — we will definitely come back!

Amazing place and wonderful complex! The staff was excellent, and the rooms were spacious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The location is truly special – miles of beach and the complex right across from the sea. The hotel even has its own private beach area, where we enjoyed our coffee. We had a fantastic time! Thank you so much for the warm hospitality – our stay was truly magical. Free parking We will definitely come back!

Right in centre of town, perfect little apartment for a week. Everything I needed as well as a very thoughtful welcome pack of drinks and snacks.

Perfect location to access Prasonisi. Clean, spatious rooms, comfortable beds, very nice garden, AC available. Location is ca 2km from Kattavia so need car / bike to get there. Host is responsive, easy key pick up. All in all very good value for money.

Excellent location. Close to everything in the village, a short 5 min walk. Close to a lovely quiet beach with very good tavernas. Wasn’t charged for the sun bed. Gennadi was a lovely village. Lots of tavernas, bars and a wonderful bakery. Apartment was very clean, quiet and excellent value for money. I felt really comfortable there on my own and would definitely stay there again as a base to explore Rhodes.

Within 400 metres from the sandy and pebble beach of Gennadi in Rhodes, Gennadi Gardens features 3 swimming pools with sun terrace and poolside bar.

The rooms were spacious. Kitchen was fully equiped. Air conditioning was working well. So even with 40 C outside it was comfortable to stay inside. The cleaning was done every 3 days. Loved that! The apartment is suitable for stay in or traveling around the island. We did both. We spent some time at the pool and travelled arround with a car. Rhodes town is ~ 1.15 hour away. Other beaches are up to 1 hour drive. There is a sea 10 min walk from the apartment with possibility to rent sunbeds with umbrella for 10 eur. It seemed that there were mostly families with kids staying at the property so it was quiet in the evenings. A plus was the cold beer near the pool and icecream. Also you can buy water at the reception so you dont need to carry from the shop. The town shop is at 5 minutes walk. Enjoyed the stay very much, thank you for everything!

Everything was perfect at this hotel. If we ever visit the island again, we would only stay at this hotel. The staff were brilliant throughout the stay, even when we were fully checked out, Lefteris made us an iced coffee for the road. We were breakfast only for the week, but we had lunch and dinner once, all meals were great. Can’t rate this hotel enough. Highly recommended!

Very cozy apartment, with a beautiful view to the sea. The room was clean and well-equipped. The owners are very nice and friendly. If you are planning to stay in Gennadin this apartment is the best choice 🙂
