Out of all the places I've stayed in Greece on a reasonable budget this has to be one of the best properties so far. A clean historic property run by excellent staff and a friendly owner who takes time to speak to his guests and make sure you have everything you need to stay comfortable. The breakfast was varied and sets you up for the day. There are a couple of really good restaurants close by and the property is an easy 10/15 minute walk from the harbour. Next time I stay on Spetses I will be staying here. Thanks again.

I travelled with my little daughter (1 year old), the staff has been super helpfull! They helped me cook her food, came to the port to pick us up and were super kind thorugout all our stay! Their homemade breakfast is amazing and the location just perfect- close to the beach and to the city centers were the shops/restaurants are. Plus, the hotel is not on the main road, so it's quite and peacefull! Super recommended.

Beautiful suite, very nice outdoor area with the pool, which was also a jacuzzi. The room was super clean, the breakfast was super tasty with handmade products and amazing coffee, and the owners were so friendly that you felt like home. Location central yet far from noise, which allows for a relaxing vacation!

Bay’s Complex is located in Kokkinari Area, within 1 km from the port and a short walk from the old port with dining and nightlife options.

This property is full of surprise from the free taxi pick up by the port to the luggage transport to the port, the swimming pool looks even great the picture and Instagramable. The staff is so nice to us. I regret I should have tipped. I should’ve. I will come back maybe with friends or family one more time or many times

We lacked for nothing with Dmitri and Irina taking immaculate care of us for our stay. Breakfast was marvellous and served outside our room by the pool. Lovely experience with magnanimous host. Peaceful location in atmospheric Palio Limani, altogether a complete delight.

lovely location not far to port hired quad from just down road had a good deal as paid cash 30 euros a day . panos was very welcoming and gave us a really good room for price we had paid . His mum was adorable and so friendly couldn’t do enough for us.She worked very hard !The cleaner too was fabulous and cleaned room daily. swimming pool very clean we appeared to be only guests there it was so peaceful.
