There is a front desk at this location. Check-in was easy and smooth. Don't forget to have cash to pay the tourist tax at check-in. The apartment is comfortable and clean. There is an AC wall unit in each room that works well. It is about a 15-minute walk to the Metro station, there is a bus stop 1/4 mile away. There is a washer and dryer on site, but it is located in the laundry room and you have to pay for it. I would stay here again.

An ideal hotel for a family holiday in Rome. It’s right next to the Balduina train station, so it was easy to go sightseeing in Rome for the day, then return for a refreshing dip in the pool. Just wonderful for a stay in the summer heat. Our family of eight stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and two superior studios, which were all very spacious and comfortable.
