How clean it was! The size was excellent. The staff from the owners to the housekeeper were wonderful. They gave you a five Euro coupon for breakfast.

Nice room, clean and with everything necessary for comfortable stay. Location is great and instructions from the host are impeccable. Self check-in made easy. On our last day they offered us a complimentary breakfast in a nearby local bar, which was a nice touch. Parking is available in a secure garage. Be careful not to drain your phone battery while taking photos outside as you need your phone to enter the building. We almost stayed locked out because of this, luckily there were more people entering the building at the time so we managed to get in with them :D

Conveniently located neighborhood property directly adjacent to the Bologna San Vitale train station. Property was very spacious and clean with functional, updated decor. Air conditioning was available for use and kitchen was equipped with all basic needs. Property staff was friendly and flexible as our arrival time changed due to train delays.

The staff were absolutely dolls. The agent at the front was super friendly, professional and very helpful and informative and sweet. Unfortunately I do not speak Italian, but she spoke perfect English so I was grateful for that. They have a gym onsite, I think laundry room and many other amenities we did not have time to check out. It is a very social place. I think it is geared more for students, but you are literally getting a whole studio. It is definitely worth it. The price is unbeatable. It has a kitchenette, microwave, fridge, full private bathroom. The only thing is there is a separate tourist tax of $5.80 EUR per person not included in the reservation. But that's normal in Europe.
