Very good location - easy walk to most of the major attractions. There are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. The room was nicely equipped and decorated. Clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Exceptionally friendly staff, it was a pleasure to interact with everyone at the hotel, from front desk to breakfast room staff — we felt comfortable and very welcome at every step. The room was on the small side, but comfortable enough and perfectly clean. Perfect location, convenient to reach from the train and bus stations, with restaurants and shops within a couple minutes’ walk, and very close to several vaporetto stops. St Mark’s Basilica around a 20–30 minute walk away. And the breakfasts were excellent, not a huge choice of products but everything clearly high quality, with something for everyone — including vegetarian and vegan options, and scrambled eggs and coffee made to order. 10/10 recommend, we’d definitely stay there again.

This was a little bit of home! Cooked our own meals (great little grocery just across the street), did laundry, enjoyed the view. Staff were helpful and responsive. Great bed. Good wifi. So glad we stayed here! Major bus route right outside the door. Got to Venice in 20 minutes, and same for the airport.
