The apartment itself was just amazing - a good mix of modern facilities in a older characterful building. Everywhere was spotlessley clean and the apartment was unexpectedly serviced daily. The location was just perfect as well - everywhere was easily walkable and we felt very safe walking back there at the end of the night. But that was just the start - the stay was made so special by the two ladies that man the reception - Michaela and Paola. They arranged our transfer from the airport and then met us where our taxi dropped us. They gave us lots of advice on where to go and how to get there and then surprised us with unexpected breakfast treats one morning. We also left our luggage there on our last day as we were on a late flight out.

location was perfect! only 3 min from marco square, near a spot of gondola and some rooms had vies on the canal! it is sure that if i visit again venice i ll stay in the same hotel! also it was very clean!
