Great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff at check in, breakfast and at check out. Easy parking, if you rely on a lift and can't do stairs, be careful booking here as the elevator was out of action a few times.

The apartment is equipped with a dish washer and an aircon in both areas that was much appreciated in hot summer days and nights. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Easy accessible. A superstore is just opposite the street. Ladies at reception were very helpful.

Great apartment, fully equipped, clean and very comfortable. Spaces well organized, cozy beds and perfect location. Parking places easily accessible and close to the main turistic areas. Super gentle staff - we had a very late check-in - and I recomment the breakfast: simply superlative! Perfect location for a longer staying!

Amazing staff! Super friendly, everyone is trying to make everything possible for their guests. We had a perfect short stay in a one bedroom apartment on the 5th floor, with a wonderful view of the beach. We arrived early, and our room was already ready! Does not happen that often. The apartments are a few years old, but still fairly new and have everything you need. Each room has a door out to the balcony, with a mosquito net (which came in very handy). AC worked well, quiet and good temperature. There is even a small freezer in the kitchen, plus a really big fridge, a dish washer and a small espresso machine. All very clean. Shower is very good (not too big, but that was not an issue for us). Main beds and also pullout couch was comfortable. You can rent bikes (if available) for a small fee, and then cycle to the city center of Grado, which is very close. There is also a very nice roof top pool with sunbeds (which we preferred during our stay vs. going to the beach/swimming in the sea). Great view from the top and fairly quiet. Parking was not a problem. We were there during high season, and there was parking in the gated area available. Close by there is a supermarket and a bakery / butcher (I would prefer those over the one at the near-by camping ground).

Only 150 metres from the beach, Apart Hotel Atlantic is located in Grado. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, a bar and a garden.

I liked everything. Tiziana is the best host I have ever met. She was very nice, made us good breakfast, the whole hotel is perfectly cean. The old town can be reached on foot, the beach is on a 10-minutes walking distance. A Spar is in two minutes.
