This is probably the best equipped accommodation I have experienced in Italy. It even has a washing machine! (clothes drying rack is a bit small, so washing bed linen might not be the best idea). Kitchen has almost everything, just fridge is half size and I didn’t see wine glasses (although wine bottle opener was there). Perfect for travellers who just need a bed to rest, make their own breakfast (and dinner) and wash clothes. There is no outside sitting area, only inner courtyard, so basically You can take chairs from the dining table and still sit outside. I was fortunate to meet the owners, most wonderful people! We had to leave in the middle of night, but they still left us something to eat for breakfast (incl milk and cereals, white bread, cornettos, coffee, Nutella and jams, butter, eggs, bottle water), we took the cornettos and had them at the airport—saved my morning! (They also recommended a good restaurant nearby: Toshi Sushi, we loved it, grazie!)

I had an excellent experience at La Perla by Sedar! Everything was perfect: the location is ideal, close to the center, the apartment was very clean, modern, and well-equipped. Brilliant find for our stay in Lake Maggiore. Beautiful room, huge! Very nice decor and huge comfortable bed. Nice coffee, and tray with snacks for breakfast. Beautifully maintained garden and parking available right at the door. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! A lot of attention has been paid to the property, and we loved the location a short walk into town.
