Our stay was perfect. The people at reception were all very nice, the room was well equipped (including a washing machine) and clean, the cleaning service excellent and breakfast service also excellent! And, not the least, the location in Lisbon center was perfect! We highly recommend this apartment hotel!

All I can say is that, I am SO SO SO SO glad I found Altis Prime Hotel for our trip!!! If I were to list everything that was amazing about the hotel and the staff, I am afraid the list would be too long! We were so so happy throughout our stay at the hotel and so so sad to leave!! Wish we could stay longer as it feels like homeee! We got the Triple Room and the extra bed for the third guest was comfortable:) The kitchen was amazing, my mum cooked everyday! All the staffs are were 10/10, so kind, so helpful, so accomodating! I can’t reccomend this hotel enough. We even kept our luggages with the hotel after checkout and return to pick it up when we had to leave for the airport at no extra cost:) All the best to the hotel and keep up the fantastic work! I will DEFINITELY choose Altis Prime Hotel for all my future stay in Lisbon!

Firstly thank you for free room upgrade Numa Hotels! I loved everything about the apartment - although it self service facilities, there was swift response when assistance was needed. I felt very safe within the building and was confident to leave my belongings without any worries. The location was great also as it’s a walking distance to metro, buses and some tourist attractions.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, clean and the beds were really comfortable. They had a little welcome basket with some local treats that were really thoughtful. The hairdryer was amazing, as was the water pressure. Really nice shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was really well equipped, they even had a clothes rack, which was helpful as it rained and we all got soaked. There was also complimentary coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate in the lobby. We had 2 apartments for 11 people, ranging from 11 to 77 years old, and everyone agreed that this was a 10!

Great location, clean, with polite and highly professional staff! Despite its proximity to Pink Street and numerous nightclubs, the isolation is perfect. I was warmly welcomed with cupcakes, white wine, as well as with fresh fruits every day.
