Everything was great. The staff did everything in their power to make us feel welcome and accomodate us as best as possible. The breakfast was great. They upgraded us to a bigger room because our original room was in an area of the hotel without an elevator (and we were with a toddler). The room was very comfortable and big. There is a little play-room for small kinds, which is located right next to the cafe area of the lobby so you can have a drink while keeping an eye of your child. We just felt wonderful at the hotel.

We booked two apartment rooms. They are very comfortable! The rooms have everything you need and even more. The staff is friendly. The rooms have kitchens equipped with everything necessary for cooking: a kettle, a coffee machine, blenders, dishes, but I recommend visiting the hotel's restaurant because they serve incredibly delicious breakfasts with traditional Serbian cuisine.

Arrived at night with my brother and stayed overnight, booked an apartment that was well pre-heated in cold winter and everything was just nice about the place, clean etc, nice area. Breakfast was a buffet in a beautiful restaurant with nice ambience and cozy in the winter. Great place for couples and family's. Staff is nice and all, really nothing to complain about.

Perfect location, 10 minutes walk to shops, lake or market. Staff is extremely professional and nice, ready to go an extra mile to assist guests. Apartment was ellegant and yet very cosy. If one asks in advance there are apartments that accept pets. Spa is clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

    Very good apart hotel, new, friendly staff. Spacious apartments. Breakfast is more than excellent. The prices in the restaurant are good and the food is very tasty. I liked the professionalism of the waiters in the restaurant, it's hard to find that nowadays. There are enough facilities for children and this is definitely a hotel for families with children. I would recommend this hotel.

    Nicely furnished hotel, I guess more appropriate will be to call it apart hotel. The bed is comfy, all the kitchen amenities were present. There is a parking and supermarkets nearby. Apx 5 minutes to the city centre/main touristic square.
