Good communication between Nurgul and myself. She sent me photos of our apartment before we got there. We have a lovely view of the sea from our balcony. She organised shuttle transfer from the airport to our hotel. We arrived after 10pm but Mehmet met us at the hotel and explained everything before chengiz took us to our apartment. We stayed in the Club Paradiso Hotel. Good food, facilities and entertainment in the evening. Mini disco for the kids 8.30-9.30 before the main entertainment. Our kids loved the aqua Park. I would recommend going all inclusive. We made the mistake of not doing that first, so our holiday worked out a bit more expensive then we would've liked, but this was our first experience of a holiday resort! Overall, we did really enjoy our stay!

Great location, close to the Cleopatra beach, shops and restaurants. Very nice apartment, new and comfortable, and also clean. Nice spacious balcony. It has it's own restaurant, where the food is good. Staff is kind, they arranged a transfer to Antalya for us.

​The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help and give advice. The hotel's location is excellent, with Migros, Şok, and BIM all within walking distance. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and Cleopatra Beach is a one-minute walk away, while the cable car is a five-minute walk. In short, the hotel is in the center of Alanya, but in a very quiet location. No matter which room you book, whether it faces the street or the courtyard, it will be quiet because the lively street is a bit further away. ​The pictures accurately reflect the apartment. All the necessary kitchenware for cooking is available. The sofa in the living room folds out, and an adult can easily fit on it. The rooms are cleaned well and on a daily basis. The internet is excellent and very fast. I will definitely come back here again. A big thanks to manager Erhan Bey and his team

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! Everything was brand new, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent — just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, and there were several popular supermarkets and cozy cafés nearby. The staff were super friendly. It was the perfect place for our trip, and we truly appreciated the convenience and comfort. Highly recommended!
