Loved every thing about the hotel- adjacent to the river allowing leisurely ferry trips into CBD, excellent breakfast cafe ( open 24/7) right outside hotel entrance , two minute walk to grocery store , good restaurants along adjoining street - In short ,location could not be better. Room was spacious and well appointed - in room washer / dryer especially handy. Staff at the hotel were exceptional - we cannot thank them enough for all their assistance ( including storing our luggage for three days and then having our bags waiting for us in our room when we arrived back in late evening for a further stay ) - 5 star ++++++ service !Many thanks .

Loved sitting out on the balcony and loved that you could walk to the beach. Pool area stunning and property had everything you could ever need. I would defo stay there again.

Located just 1 km from New Farm Riverwalk, Kooii Apartments offers accommodation in Brisbane with access to a fitness centre, barbecue facilities, as well as a lift. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Location was great, the staff were very helpful & friendly & the view fantastic especially at night.

At the aparthotel, each unit has bed linen and towels. It was near the groceries and shops. Most of all, it was near the Brisbane river which is my favorite spot. The staff, especially Kim and Cindy, were very accommodating and helpful. They make sure that every concern raised were attended to immediately and they respond promptly as well.

At the aparthotel guests are welcome to take advantage of a sauna. This was a great spot to stay in Brisbane. The appartment worked perfectly for our family to stay and have some space to spread out. Kitchen was great to be able to use. Loved the balcony. Pool was also lovely, cold, but great on a hot day. It is also a good location to be able to walk into the city, to west end or to the river.
