The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and ideally located right in the heart of Basel, yet on a quiet and safe street. Maria was incredibly welcoming and responsive. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out times, and even provided a portable A/C upon request. The overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend staying here

At the aparthotel, every unit has bed linen and towels. Great localisation- 10 mins by tram to the main train station. Very clean and new. WiFi works great. There is a laundry room with three washing machines which you can use by app and it costs about 5.50 CHF. You can also use irons for free. Supermarket is about 1min away.
