We stayed here before & after doing the W Trek in Puerto Natales. This is a perfect location for getting to & from the bus station (10 mins walk) for transfers to the national park. Franco was a fantastic host! He let us check in early on day 1 after flying overnight to reach Puerto Natales. He also arranged for our excess baggage to be kept safe while on the W-Trek and had put them in the room ready upon return. Quick response via the booking.com chat. The apartment was well equipped - we cooked both nights in the accommodation so the kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast was also really good - cereal, lots of fruits, yoghurts, juices, tea, coffee, waffles, bacon, eggs, toast - lots of variety. Also great water pressure (for that post trek hair wash!!) - and a hair dryer included.

Located 200 metres from the bus station and 500 metres from La Cruz hill, Apart Hotel Quillango offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi in Punta Arenas. Spacious new construction, excellentapartment style.. Staff was super helpful and kind. Breakfast was convenient and put in the fridge ahead of time. We had asked for a large birthday cake to be ordered and stored for a member if our group whose birthday was on Christmas. The hotel has thought about everything needed from the candles, lighter, knife, spatula. To our pleasant surprise they told us that the cake was gratis and on the house!
