Absolutely lovely place to stay, we really loved it and stayed for a week. Peaceful, quiet, in the midst of the vineyards, alongside the Canal du Midi and Lac de Jouarres. The bird song was incredible, with woodland behind. Staff were so helpful, friendly and polite. We did have an issue with hot water and our shutter (which closed off the exterior access) and this was sorted immediately even though it was Easter weekend. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. There were 2 showers and 2 toilets. The swimming pool area was wonderful, and the pool was open at the end of April, although really very cold we still went in! We also enjoyed the lovely barbecue area. In our "2 bed" apartment there was a third bedroom, just big enough for a bed, with a curtain separating it from the hall, a teenager happily slept there.

Narbonne Beach is a 20-minute drive away. There was a secure location to place my bicycle. There was a staff person at the main desk every day and that helped me feel safe. The room was very clean and the bathroom had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable.

The bed is extremely comfortable, the room was clean, the coffee in the room is delicious. Shower on the bathroom was spacious and there is also a small kitchen with a fridge. We were staying with our dog, and it was very comfortable that we had garden in front of the room. What stood out the most is the kindness of the staff. We had an issue with our car, and they helped us with storing our luggage for longer, helped us communicate in french with repair shop, calling a taxi etc. We are very grateful and highly recommend 514 Hotel!
