The property is a 10-minute walk to Lotte Shopping Avenue, Kuningan City and Mall Ambassador shopping centres. Great place to stay. All of the staff were wonderful, they really take care of the guests.

The place located in a busy street, it can be noisy, specially when your room facing the street but that is just a minor issue. We enjoyed our stay. The entire place is clean, very homey too. Beds are comfortable. It was a nice short stay.

Good kitchen equipment. I was upgraded to the executive suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen included knives, silverware, an electric conductive stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer combo, a water cooler and dispenser, some kitchen tools like spatulas, some pans and pots which appeared to be stainless steel, a cutting board, a sink, and a sponge. There were also two laundry washers and dryers in a spare room which were usually available for use for free. (If you pay the staff to wash and dry your clothes it is per item and fairly expensive). The only negative I can think of is that the knives were very dull, but this was remedied by purchasing my own knives at Ace Hardware for use during my stay. If you need or want to be able to cook your own food, this is a good hotel to use as long as you select a room with a stovetop.

The warm welcome at the lobby set the tone, and I was delighted to receive a voucher for buy-one-get-one-free drinks, coffee, and bakery items—a lovely touch. The dining offerings are where Ra Suites truly shines. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but what sets this hotel apart are the incredible extras: a delightful afternoon tea from 3-5 PM and a generous "snacks and cocktails" buffet from 6-8 PM. These are amenities you simply don't find at other hotels in this price range. A special shout-out to the incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional staff at the restaurant, especially Chornel, who was exceptionally helpful and made our meals even more enjoyable. Our room on the 18th floor was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered an unbelievable city view. I loved the unique and practical design, with the toilet separated from the shower and dressing room. It was a very pleasant surprise to find a nice anniversary decoration in the room—a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. All necessary amenities were available. Other highlights include the smooth check-in and check-out process, and the elegant piano in the lobby with a daily evening singing performance that created a wonderful ambiance. To get all these fantastic features—luxurious comfort, outstanding F&B, and top-tier service—at such an affordable price is unbelievable. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommended
