We checked in on Friday and checked out at 7pm on Saturday. There will be a reception on Saturday morning. Extensions were quick and reasonable. Self check in and check out was easy. The room was fully equipped with air conditioning, hot water, kitchen, etc., just like home. It was great.

Very clean and tidy room really close to the beach. Communication with the staff was flawless and they were very helpful. If you are coming by car,there is a private parking 150 m from the hotel and the price is around 90 ISL/ 12 hours (more or less). You can park at the 5th and 6th floor and take care that it tends to be full towards the late evening.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were seamless — everything was clearly communicated, easy, and perfectly organized. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered: the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for everyday living, the bathroom is spotless and in excellent condition, and there are even extra pillows in different sizes and firmness levels for every preference. It’s clear that comfort and quality were top priorities here. The location couldn’t be better — in one of Tel Aviv’s most beautiful neighborhoods, just a short walk from Banana Beach, one of the city’s most stunning stretches of sand. Everything you might need is nearby: supermarkets, charming cafés, playgrounds, and local shops for everyday essentials are all within easy reach. And then there’s Shay, the host. He is truly exceptional — friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. Whatever you need, he’s there to help, whether it’s providing extra towels for a trip to the Dead Sea or offering storage space for a late departure. His quick communication and warm personality made us feel completely at home. In a nutshell: this apartment is a perfect home away from home — modern, spotless, comfortable, and ideally located. We couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll definitely be back!

We were lucky to get an early check-in, which we needed a lot. Besides, he gave us recommendations for the restaurants for lunch and dinner, which were excellent, as well as other helpful advice. We were also welcomed with a bottle of good local wine. The apartment is stylish, cozy, spacious and clean. We were happy about everything.

The view is spectacular, including both the old Jaffa port and Tel Aviv. A must stay for tourists and locals alike. We're definitely coming back!
