My first choice for accommodation is its newness. This hotel opened just a few months ago. Everything is in great condition. The bed linen is crisp, white and 100% cotton. The ACs and fans work well. The owner, manager and all the staff were extremely accommodating - an extra thank you to Sunil, the manager, and the staff in the restaurant. The only real concern is the bed is very soft. This would be an issue if you have back problems. The hotel is under going its soft opening so they was slowly working out the details. Overall I had an excellent stay.

The unobstructed views from the huts are amazing, especially at sunset. Perfectly located for accessing Palolem beach, or the much quieter and more relaxing Patnem beach. The huts are full of nice touches, large comfy beds, and spacious bathrooms.
