The villa is newly refurbished and very beautiful. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. All the amenities we need are in the room. We had a great stay there and will definitely be back when we are next in town.

What a wonderful gem - right on the stunning Lake Maggiore with the waters lapping on the patio. My stay was tranquil and lovely! The friendly reception staff - Arianna and Elisa - went out of their way to assist me, offering advice on bicycle tracks, taxi services and allowing a late check out. The cottages are brand new, super clean and ideally situated to explore the surrounding areas.

There's also a great supermarket right next door. The room had everything we needed, including all the essential appliances. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was terrific too. The unit is very spacious and well stocked for up to four people. It is well located on the lake to reach Stresa to the south or Connobio to the north and we even drove to Lago d'Orta in a little over an hour.

There's a nice heated swimming pool and the garden is well looked after. There is ample off street parking and the owners are on site and very welcoming.

You are less than 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, a bus stop, a supermarket, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is great. Everything is clean, well maintained and all the basics are provided including good quality bedding and towels. The bed folds away but it's a king size, comfortable mattress and we actually left it down during our stay as there is plenty of room. The terrace is great, a sun trap but a large parasol is provided. Giuliano is a fantastic host. he really wants to make sure everything is done for you to be able to have a good holiday. We would love to return.
