The room was beautifully designed and decorated. There was no daily service of the room but it was not really a problem for us and we were there for 3 days. I am sure if we would have run out of anything Valter the host would’ve arranged for it to be brought to the property. Valter is a very good and organized host. He sent a digital concierge a few days before which was very detailed and helpful. There was one small problem that we did have when the digital key lost power and we were locked out of our room. We called him and he came as quickly as possible but it did take a good 15 to 20 minutes to bring us a physical key. If we had been making our way to catch a flight or a train, this could’ve been a huge problem. There is no breakfast offered at the property but there are many places around in the immediate area it’s not a problem. We loved going to Jerome which was one of Valter’s recommendations. There you get the best cornetta and coffee and it has a great vibe. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The rooms were fabulous, spacious tastefully decorated in a modern style but sympathetic to the architecture of the magnificent historical building.

Marika and Donatella were super welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. Definitely recommend this place. Hope to be back one day :)
