We have chosen this plase as our base for beach trips around Orosei. It was the best decision that we did. Rooms are huge, modern, clean and perfectly furnished. Plenty of parking options next to accomodation and on the street nearby. Communication with the host was perfect also. He shared all information about accomodatio and as a bonus, he shared also local tips with us which was incredibely helpful for us. Free coffee, netflix, bottle of wine and bottle of beer. There is also a free shared washing maxine, ironing board and iron in case you need it. Shower gel and shampoo is also includued. As well as many towels. A/C working perfectly. There was nothing that we would complain about.

We arrived after mid night and he was there waiting for us. He drove us to the airport next day so we could pick up our rental car and gave us a tour of attactions, those flamingos looked fabulous! The facilities were clean, pretty, and we loved the turtle.

Wonderful hotel, super clean and lovely staff who went out of their way to help us. Huge comfy bed, spacious room and all within a few steps of the town centre which has a great choice of restaurants. We were lucky to be staying during celebrations for St Elfisio and Giorgia and Silvia helped us with parking and escorted us to the hotel when the road was closed for a short while during the parade. Pula is a lovely town with lots going on and within easy driving distance of some incredible beaches. We hope to return one day, thank you for an incredible visit.

Excellent Stay at Le Dimore Di Budoni – Highly Recommended! I stayed at Le Dimore Di Budoni from June 9 to June 20, 2025, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The accommodation was modern, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The location is perfect – quiet and relaxing, yet close to many restaurants and shops. The town center is only about a 15-minute walk away, and the beautiful, large beach can also be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. We really enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk everywhere without needing a car. The small green area with flower bushes in front of the apartment added a pleasant touch of nature. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday, and I would definitely recommend Le Dimore Di Budoni to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Sardinia. I hope to return in the future!

The host Marco was great, very friendly and attentive. We had an issue with the boiler and he fixed it within an hour.
