Large kitchen and community place. We liked our stay a lot. Late autumn the weather gets chili so does the house. Little more heating would be nice in the common places, especially in the bathroom or toilette. But it is just a small thing. We 'd return anytime in the future.

Brand new property with cheap price (i got a one bed room apartment for approximately 100 euros per night) Spacious and clean. Wonderful amenities from kitchen utensils to washing machines with detergent. Plus, it comes with mountain view. The only downside is that it is a little far from the city but if you rent a car, then it’s not a problem at all. Also, you have to go to another hotel to check in and there’s no staff at the property to assist you if you have problems. My room’s door(room 102) won’t open after we insert the door passcode but after it happens for several times, i solved it out myself by keep pushing the door left and right until it opens.

The Seasons Apartments Hakuba presenta alloggi climatizzati a Hakuba, a 8,3 km da Tsugaike Ski Resort, 45 km da Stazione di Nagano e 47 km da Tempio di Zenkō-ji. Fantastic apartment. Fully equipped, modern, clean, very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Not ski in ski out is the only downside, but transfers to and from apartment on arrival and departure, and supermarket runs daily are very handy. We would love to return in the future.

We had an incredible stay at The Hakuba Grand Apartments! From the moment we arrived, the staff—Dave, Takami, and John—went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The apartment itself was huge, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with everything we could ask for. The complimentary continental pantry was a thoughtful touch and made our mornings so much easier. Overall, an outstanding experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hakuba!

Situato ai piedi delle piste da sci tra la stazione della cabinovia e l'ascensore Happo Shirakaba, lo Starry Residence Suite è un appartamento con accesso diretto alle piste da sci situato a pochi... Best location on the mountain if you’re a skier or boarder! Truely ski in & ski out. Great kitchen, hot shower and plenty of space to store things. Naoko went out of her way to make sure sheets and towels were changed and we could check in (very late) which was amazing! So many great food spots around - would stay here again in a heart beat!
