The apartment has all the facilities we need for a one week stay. The washing machine is very useful and the bathroom has a very effective washing dry setting. We are able to dry our clothes indoors very nicely. The location was good. Easy access to bus stop. A supermarket is easy walking distance. We loved local small restaurants nearby.

Modern, spotless, and thoughtfully organized room in a prime location. The area is quiet yet incredibly walkable, with excellent access to public transit and amenities. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a nice location, nice and clean gym, quiet neighborhood, near the metro station. Loved the comfy bed and the spacious room. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. I was celebrating my birthday, and they gave a card and a box of candy which was really thoughtful and kind. Really appreciate it. I also asked the rug to be removed and they were really helpful with that.

The Hotel is just 10 minutes walk from Minowa Station from Hibiya metro line, it's in a convenient and quiet location. It's near Tokyo Skytree and Sensoji temple. Just be aware that there are loeads of soaplands on the same street, though we've never experienced anything bad or had any problems whatsoever, even at late night. It's a small room, but that's to be expected from Tokyo hotels/hostels. We were two relatively overweight travelers but we had no issues with space, including 4 suitcases. Futon mattresses are comfortable, the shower and the bathroom area is clean and neat. They provide everything, including dental hygiene sets as well. The AC works well, you'll need it if you're visiting Tokyo in summer like we did. There's also a paid breakfast service, although we haven't tried it. On the second floor, there's a small shared kitchenette and water dispenser with cold and hot options, as well as a washer and a dryer with clear English instructions. The host is really friendly and helpful Overall, for this price, I feel we couldn't have chosen a better location for the price we paid. I would gladly stay here again!

Staff were very helpful and very attentive always making sure we were comfortable. All the amenities in the apartment made our stay more enjoyable (freezer, washing machine, AC, etc) Location is super close to skytree tower and subway which is very convenient .

Situé à 900 mètres du centre de Tokyo, l’établissement Kaku Studio Apartment Ikebukuro possède des hébergements avec une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite ainsi qu'une kitchenette pourvue d’un réfrigérateur,... Le studio était parfaitement situé à Ikebukuro, avec un accès facile aux transports publics et aux commerces. L’appartement était propre, bien aménagé, et équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. La décoration moderne et minimaliste ajoutait une touche agréable et surtout. De plus, Koharu est toujours disponible pour nous aider et rendre le séjour agréable.
