We thought this accommodation was a good base to explore the region from. We loved the shower but best of all, it’s very close to Sanga’s Pies which are the best we have had in New Zealand.

And Deva is a perfect host! She arranged the Whale Watch for us and we were even allowed to use the Mtb for a ride to Kaikoura center. She even took us downtown 2x because we didn't have a car. Delorenzo Studio Apartments offers a heated outdoor pool, on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access. Studios come with a kitchenette, laundry facilities and a private bathroom. Some apartments feature a spa bath. The unit was clean and comfortable. After several days of hiking, we needed the washer and dryer and it was great to have the right in the unit. Also loved the Nespresso coffee maker and little balcony.
