The staff who work at the building were extremely friendly and welcoming, as the owner was always available with quick response on any questions.

The bathroom is spacious and organized. Plenty of outlet is you're a huge group like ours and a lot of you needs to charge. There's also a provided extension. The balcony is perfect scenery too, and you can even see the drop tower from there. There's also a nearby laundry service and convenience stores, so location wise it's perfect. Walkabale distance to EK and there's also tricycles or shuttle service if you're lazy to walk to the gates. I think the only lacking is a shoe rack especially if there's 5 pax or more.

The unit itself is wonderful, but it's the exceptional hospitality that truly sets Jfam Suites apart. We will definitely return!
