They offer free wired internet access and modern kitchens and bathrooms. I really enjoyed the customer service experience given by the staff. Niklas (I'm hoping I got that name right), the night porter, was incredibly helpful and kept me right despite a lot of the question I asked. He was a big help especially for allowing me to borrow a phone charger when I desperately needed one. The rest of the staff I spoke to were all great and helpful.
