While being central, the estate is quiet and not much noise from the surrounding area filters in. The room was very nice - quite large, well laid out, with a desk where I could use my laptop, a comfortable sofa, and a basic kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and a few dishes and cutlery. There was even a Lego set in the room which my daughter enjoyed a lot. The pools (the private and the big one) were great, although some slides closed, but no problem for us. Thank you!
