I had an excellent stay at Thanabhumi. Bally stayed up to 2am to wait for me to check in after my flight was delayed. My airline left my luggage back home and Bally was extremely helpful in getting my lost luggage back by calling and liasing with the airport. The staff were all very nice, one of them kindly washed my dirty skirt for me after I got caught in a storm! Air conditioned, clean room/facilities, free water and snacks. Good location in Bangkok; not far from old town but also around many local restaurants, stores and houses. I would definitely recommend to anyone and come stay again!
