Clean and new dish sponges — a nice little detail that’s very rare in the U.S. Also, on the first floor, you can buy coffee at the café without leaving the building.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Navy pier, Millennium Park, shopping, donuts, and having Jewel O grocery store below was more than convenient. Many delicious restaurants close by Frontera Grill being a highlight. The instructions for arrival, parking, and departure were easy to understand and made for a smooth stay at this beautiful place with superb views. Definitely recommend parking at the Grand as parking around town is at a premium. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to the windy city💕🌆

Absolutely one of the best stay I have ever had. The access to the apartment is super easy and the instructions are very clear. The apartment was in a perfect location for me, with a target right up the street and the green train line very close. Staff was very available and nice. I even forgot an item in the apartment and once I realized the customer service was super available to help me retrieve it.
