I stayed for 11 nights, and I have to say, I LOVED the stay, every part of it. The location is quite accessible from the old quarter, and there are lots of food options available near the hotel. The building is very clean and the room is very comfortable as well. There’s a roof top you can go to enjoy the great view of Hanoi and the sunset/sunrise. There is a cute dog that you can pet. The wifi in the room is great, fast and stable. I was working with my laptop and had multi Zoom calls but had no issue. I stayed in the room with balcony so the view from the room was amazing. If you stay 5+ days you can use the laundry on the rooftop too. Every morning you get to order a complimentary coffee or tea from variety of menu. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Hanoi in the next time. Above all, the staffs are beautiful people. They always make sure that everything is good with my stay and provide support as necessary. Special thanks to Son, Ariel and Celina for being very supportive and friendly throughout the stay! Son - you were very friendly, fun to talk to. I loved the conversations we had in the morning while you made me really delicious Vietnamese coffee. Also thank you for all the recommendations for food in Hanoi. Loved Mỳ Vằn Thắn!! You also taught me some useful Vietnamese I can use in restaurants, which was very helpful. Thank you! Ariel - you were so bright and welcoming from the beginning to the end. I am grateful for all the support in my check in as well as check out. Whenever I came by the lobby, you always smiled and asked if I had everything I needed. That made me very welcomed throughout the stay. Thank you! Celina - you were so friendly and Thank you for all the list of recommended restaurants in Hanoi. You also cared about the weather, like when there was a cold day, you suggested that I bring a jacket so I don’t get cold. That was very sweet of you.

Phen Art House, Artistic Living in the Heart of Old Quarter se nachází 900 metrů od centra města Hanoj a poskytuje ubytování s klimatizací a bezplatným Wi-Fi a terasu. Booked for one night… and ended up coming back after a 2-day trip because we couldn’t resist! The place is spotless (above-average clean), beautifully designed, and the beds/pillows were so comfy we basically melted into them. The shampoo and shower gel smelled amazing — like stepping into a spa — and for a night, it honestly felt like living in a castle hidden in the woods - yes, expect some hidden plants here & there. The host was super easy to communicate with, and the staff were polite, fun, and very accommodating. Oh, and the café downstairs? Dangerously tasty. Already plotting our next “castle” getaway - after this, I don't think I'll stay somewhere else in Hanoi :)

The apartment was clean and comfortable! The water pressure was excellent, making for a great shower experience. A water dispenser and washing machine were also provided, which added convenience. Detergent pods are available for purchase at 5,000d each. Overall, a fantastic stay—I would definitely come back again!

Everything- the host is very kind and communicative in English, the room was comfortable, beautiful and clean, location very good, even option to use the washing machine on the property. Grandmother lives on the property if anything is needed, very nice and gentle lady.
