Toan and his team are very friendly and do everything to make your stay exceptional. Especially when my ferry was cancelled the morning I was supposed to leave, Toan was great help in re-organzing my hotel room at the next place. I also ate at the restaurant (The Waterfront) a few times and everything I tried (Vietnamese dishes and breakfast) was delicious.
