Such a lovely, comfortable and clean apartment, a cozy balcony for a morning coffee with a beautiful view. The kitchen had all the necessities. There was a free laundry room, which I used almost daily for kids’ clothes. The bed was very comfortable. The free cleaning option on demand was also on the highest level. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. This apartment made our stay in Yerevan unforgettable!

The location was awesome! You can walk to the metro, Vernissage Market, and Republic Square. There is a Carrefour right outside the building. If you walk up the street, you will also see Yerevan City and Zovq Supermarket. The apartment is equipped with things you'll need for cooking and doing laundry. They offered to clean the apartment on our 3rd day but if you don't feel like having people come over, you can also do it yourself as there is a vacuum cleaner and a broom in there.

I did need to have either internet to call via WhatsApp or an Armenia Sim Card to let the owner know I was there to check in. It was a little confusing finding the precise place to meet. The front door is through a building walkway to find entrance in courtyard. I have seen properties send a photo (or photo series) to make something like this clearer. It was no big deal since our driver friend was able to call on his phone (we did not have sim card). The building entry is very nice as you come in. Elevator is right there, so very convenient. The unit was a comfortable size, not huge, but space to move around. There was a sofa and table combo which was very comfortable. I appreciate having a place to sit other than the bed. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The owners take pride in their rental business and do a very good job. The location is EXCELLENT. Everything is easy walking distance. There is a pretty park just on the same street opposite the entire block. There are many restaurant options. Shopping and groceries are very nearby.

Very clean and comfortable modern apartments at the very centre of Yerevan with lots of great restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Seamless check-in and check-out. The apartments are in an enclosed section with a laundry room that has both a washing machine and a dryer. It’s quiet inside despite the central location.

The studio apartment was lovely. It faced away from the main street and was quiet and caught the morning sun. There was plenty of space, a nice lounge and sitting chairs and was comfortable to come back too after a day out. The kitchen was well set-up.
