A brand new hotel in modern mountain design, directly in the center of Seefeld. The apartments are spacious and very well equipped. There was nothing we could be missing. The hotel is an absolute proximity to the center (great for Christmas market or shopping), few minutes by car from several skiing areas. There is a beautiful wellness and sauna space in the hotel. Parking in the garage. Breakfast was tasty. We will surely come back.

The apartment is modern, well-furnished, clean. My family enjoyed the view, small garden with flowers. Walking distance to golf field with beautiful landscape. Full equipped laundry room is open for guest use 24x7. That made our stay very comfortable. Even though it is next to the rain road, we was not disturbed by the noise. We wished we planned a longer stay there.

The breakfast was good. Room was excellent and has some surprise amenities - for some reason I didn't expect this kind of wellfurnished kitchen and large terrace with such amazing views. Location was perfect - not too central and very reachable by even public transport

Jennifer and Patrick are such welcoming and kind hosts. They were available whenever we had a question about our stay and gave us some hiking recommendations for the area. The property is designed very well and it is very modern and cozy. Everything was clean.     Beautiful, clean and well thought out apartment. Very comfortable bed and a great living room and kitchen. Close to local shops and bakery and right by a bus stop that goes direct to Innsbruck. Invlusion of the Innsbruck welcome pass was very helpful for getting around for free. Martina was a very friendly and welcoming host.

    There is a lot of space in the apartment, the bed is very comfortable. Nearby are several shops. Parking is very close, but not at the building itself.

    Very nice and cosy apartment equipped with everything you may need. The owner obviously takes great care of the place so you feel like at home and not in some anonymous hotel room. Will definitely book this place if we happen to come near Innsbruck again.

    Very well equipped apartment, we appreciated the washing machine room. It even had things like olive oil in the kitchen, and we got some fruit, wine and chocolate as a welcome gift. 10/10 would recommend.

    Very comfortable big apartment in the town center; everything we needed waited for us. Loved the self-checking procedure so we could arrive any time we wsnted! Excellent contsct eith the oener, excellent Wifi and a lovely big terrace and garden which we didn’t have time to use, unfortunately.
