WOWWWW..this was like combination of old heritage homes in Indian village plus Hogwarts in Harry Potter!! Bonus was a windmill in the campus. Excellent rooms, super comfy. Amazing big bathrooms. Ever helpful staff..they guided us so well. hardly 5 block walkable to the downtown Launceston . Hotel is very close to Cataract Gorge "Estuary" which you can walk .

Fantastic property with great additional amenities and host was very responsive and accommodating (we requested an additional bed for our daughter which was there when we arrived). Lovely additional touches (some groceries provided, heatbags for the beds and the chocolates were a hit) and even made friends with the neighbours dog!

Upon arriving when went to our motel room and walked straight out to get an upgrade as the room was too small for more than a one night stay. The staff were great and had no problem upgrading us to a 2 bedroom apartment. It had all the items necessary to have a self catering holiday. Very close to shopping centre and on the right side of the city for the airport. Off street parking was great.

The little courtyard and BBQ was very handy. Kitchen was kitted out well and the full size fridge was good. The location was great near the shops and just a stroll into town. Staff were helpful with letting our family member into deposit some shopping and baby cot prior to our arrival. Overall apartment was nice functional and furniture was modern. Nice big tv downstairs.
