The place feels comfortable and is well furnished and fully equipped, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood tucked away neatly among the olive plantations of Paleologio, a village nearby Sparti. Very nice apartment, quite and clean. Pepi is a warm and kind host, she helped us with many tips and information, with a smile and willingness. Parking is inside the private yard. Locaion is good - quite road within nice walking distance to the main avenue and the Sparti main square.

Pepe is the most amazing host you can have on a trip. It was like staying in your favourite auntie's holiday home. She made us feel so welcome and at home from the start. Pepe made us a traditional Greek breakfast each morning and even helped with our laundry. She kindly hung our laundry to dry in the sun and folded it nicely by the evening. The apartment is comfortable, warm, quiet and in a safe location. It is less than 5 min walk to go into the city centre and 5 min walk to the ancient Sparta. A big bonus is that the apartment is on the ground floor and we can park right at the front.

Definitely the best accommodation in our 14-day trip in Greece (mostly the Peloponnesus peninsula), where together with our company we booked 10 properties in 8 different locations. There's everything you need for your long stay. It's perfect for the group of 8. You'll have enough space for everyone. The 270-degree view from the balcony is outstanding. The hosts left us a welcome compliment - grapes from their farm. The communication was fast with useful recommendations on what to visit. I'd write much more, but it's better if you go to see for yourself. The property is new on Booking, so maybe the price won't stay the same for a very long time. So - hurry up! :)

    A short drive from Sparta - 10 minutes tops, a short walk from Mystra village with its restaurants and access to the Byzantine town - take comfortable shoes! Wonderful hosts, well appointed flats, awesome cats!
