Ohh, the apartment is just as it is seen in pictures, the apartment were good size, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and the bathtub. The reception and the team members are great Location is not that great , it is scary to walk down the street at later in the evening. Also, while we were checking out, there was power failure at the property and we had to take down luggage via stairs from 3rd floor to the reception, it was not good

When we arrived, Alyona was already waiting for us. She was very friendly and told us everything we had to know. The appartment looked very new. There was a bathroom next to the sleepingroom and another one next to the livingroom. Our children slept on the sofabed in the livingroom, so they had there own bathroom. Towels and bedlinnen were included, and we got a bottle of wine on the house, very nice! The location is close to several restaurants, and the supermarket is a 7 minute walk from the appartment.

Apartment itself is perfect. Its large, has a separate toilet and separate bathroom as well as a large living area with kitchen. The balcony gives a nice view on a small courtyard and honestly the whole apartment is furnished with style, you really feel home. Location is perfect, direct next to metro lines 2 and 4 and tram station. Check in procedure can be done in advance and check-in codes were clear and sent in time. I definately recommend staying here, value for money is excellent!

Perfect location , it has been our first choice when we stay in Budapest.You will find everything you need near by, restaurants, public transport with Metro , even the airport shuttle bus 100 E , which I would recommend, is only a few minutes away. The apartments are spacious, nicely furnished, clean and have air conditioning. The entrance to the building is a little anonymous and can be a little difficult to find, but you should manage. You have to be aware that you are in the center of night life in Budapest and therefore there may be some noise from outside, I was not disturbed by that. You can also choose rooms facing the backyard. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you 😊

    There were many advantages: BudaFlats is located very centrally at the Buda side of the city. It is very easy to get to public transport. The apartment offers a nice view on the Danube river. Additionally the apartment is furnished with love to detail with old furniture and tasteful artworks. The second bedroom is an inbuilt loft bed above the kitchen.

    The premise is located in a very central area and it is walking distance to most of the attractions in Budapest. Even though we did not see the host, she was very helpful through the phone and was very accommodating. The instructions to get in the apartment was very clear and we did not encounter any problems. The flat was very clean, warm and has every utility item you need for a short stay.

    I booked a studio, asked them for a room with balcony and they gave us one bedroom apartment with balcony. The building is old, but the room was great, you have everything you need for a short stay. Bathroom with a bath, fresh towels, equipped kitchen. The best thing was underground garage, we booked a parking place in advance, paid when we came to the hotel reception and they let us in. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great, metro and tram station are a few minutes away. It was very calm at night, we slept very well.
