Fatrade is a very quiet place. The beach is a 10-minute walk. Joao, the owner, is very communicative. Whatever we needed, he fixed right away. Even got us a modem because we didn't realise there is no wifi in the appartment. So Joao fixed it.

We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous flat! It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The owner was absolutely wonderful—so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us, making sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The village itself is lovely—peaceful and quiet, which was perfect for unwinding. It’s a little further out from Palolem, but that didn’t matter to us at all. There were plenty of tuk-tuks and taxis available, so getting around was easy and hassle-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
