The most lovely hosts, Shubhada and Mohan were such a joy to stay with. Nothing was too much trouble, and we loved Mohan’s sense of humour. Kindest of all, Mohan dropped us to the train station very early in the morning, which would have been impossible for us otherwise. We found our room to be very clean and loved the balcony area where we enjoyed watching the fruit bats and geckos in the night. For the price we paid we couldn’t be happier with the room, it was spacious and the bed was comfy.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely 2BHK house in Panjim, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The living space was spacious and cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The bathrooms were particularly well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities, and everything was spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the place cool and relaxing, especially after the warm days spent exploring the area. The house had a welcoming atmosphere, and it felt like a true home away from home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Panjim. This apartment is spacious, clean with comfortable beds and nice linen. We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and find it very comfortable. The bathrooms work well and kitchen is well equipped. We walk 10min to be in town where there are lots of cafes and restaurants. Wifi and air conditioning works well. The owner is very helpful and offers daily cleaning.

It's a brand new apartment and we were the 1st guest staying at the apartment. It's a well maintained property. The best part was the pool, there were two swimming pools which were accessible to all guests. There is a cafeteria at the property for breakfast.
