The place was a charming small hotel in an old palazzo, very cozy and warm, and the staff exceptional. Location in a great neighboorhood with many nice restaurants and local atmosphere. Breakfast fulfilled every need we had, and we were truly hungry every morning from many days of activities and constantly on the go..... thank you for everything and specially for the nice strong coffee :-)

Friendly stuff, very good breakfast, comfortable room with comfortable beds for a family of 4. Great indoor pool. A lot of nice typical restaurants close by. The jaccuzi on the top floor with the view of Florence skyline by night a must do as well.

The apartment had most of the required facilities (Except Iron). But bar that, it was exceptionally clean, spacious and in a good/safe district. Very close to bus stations but also walking distance to most attractions. Laura at reception was very kind and helpful to us. We only regret not eating in the LA Farina Restaurant. Great stay and choice for others.

This is an exceptional property in a perfect location. A stone's throw away from the Duomo and close to lots of fantastic night life. The host is excellent and speaks perfect English. He is a true gentleman and not only recommended amazing places to eat, he also gave us a great tip regarding buses to Siena. We really enjoyed our stay in Firenze and would highly recommend this host. He also has another property in Siena so do ask about this before booking your onward trip here if you plan to do so.
